Hell's Kitchen - The Musical Providence Theatre reviews
BEST CONCERT EVER
"Amazing, Hell's Kitchen - The Musical really did. The concert was very inspiring, making me feel many different emotions. Outstanding vocals, her were and the great choreography also. Watching her do choreo, I absolutely loved because she doesn't normally, but she looked comfortable and like she was having fun. Many wardrobe changes, but they were always super fast. None of the wardrobe changes took more than 2 minutes, I'd say, which goes pretty fast in that type of environment. A lot of surprises this concert has (I won't spoil), but that you would be looking in the same direction at one stage, the whole night, I'll just say.
A huge Kehlani fan, I'm also, and I think that she was the perfect opening choice for this tour. Her energy and everything she stands for is so similar to Hell's Kitchen - The Musical. Together, them creates the perfect safe space for everyone. Entertaining the crowd, Kehlani did an amazing job, even though most of them had no idea who she was. Perfect singing, and she easily commanded the stage, even though it was just her.
DJ Khaled, I wasn't too excited for. I actually still don't get why she picked him to go on this tour with her. He was pretty funny, but he's also a little cocky to me. At one point, he asked everyone to be quiet and to shine their light on him (as well as dimming the arena lights and giving just him a spotlight) so that he could have his "iconic moment."
A great concert overall. Would recommend 10/10 (unless you're a parent taking your 9-year-old kids and still believe that Hell's Kitchen - The Musical is who she was on Disney Channel). A lot more mature for Hell's Kitchen - The Musical, this concert, to me, was, which is normal because she's grown now. Contemplating buying tickets, just do ittttt."
